Party Wall Notices

In order to carry out work to a Party Wall or excavate foundations you may need to issue a Party Wall Notice to all the owners of any properties potentially affected by your work. This is often more complicated than it seems due to the legal requirements of each notice. We can issue these notices on your behalf.

Surveyor Work

We can produce a full Party Wall Award on your behalf as an agreed surveyor for a flat fee for all domestic projects (excluding complex basements). We are also able to represent adjoining owners and in most cases our fees will be paid by the Building Owner proposing the work. If you have a complex build with multiple adjoining owners we can negotiate a capped fee for all work.

Domestic Mediation / Schedule of Condition

In may cases appointing Party Wall Surveyors to resolve a dispute is not necessary. These can include small scale domestic projects such as loft conversions or rear extensions. Many adjoining owners will consent to proposals if they feel the work has been properly explained and they haven't been surprised by a Party Wall Notice landing on their doormat.
