Party Wall Act.

Can you provide a surveyor?
If you would like us to then we'd be happy to represent you. You will need to dissent to your neighbour's notice and appoint us in writing
in order for us to be able to act as your surveyor. In most cases our fees will be paid by the person who is proposing the building work.
Do I need a surveyor?
Not as often as you'd think
In many domestic cases you do not need to appoint a surveyor because there is no real dispute. We offer pre-notice mediation and a schedule of condition which may avoid the need for bringing in surveyors in the first place. Contact us directly for more information.
